Individual Membership

AFSMI membership helps service professionals develop the skills and competencies required for professional success.  This career support includes education, training and certification programs to expedite professional advancement, and guidelines and best practices for managing a services staff.

Specific features of Individual Membership include an annual subscription to the Newsline
e-newsletter and the S-Business Journal; access to members-only areas of website, with custom research and white papers, articles, and on-line community tools; access to local AFSMI chapters; and preferred pricing for AFSMI programs and conferences.

Advanced Programs:  training, education and certification programs for service professionals who want to advance their careers.  Some programs are offered online and include tests to certify mastery of the content, while others involve classroom training with world-class faculty from renowned institutions like the Wharton School of Business.
