S-Business Europe Services Leadership Conference

AFSMI has over 30% of our members in Europe and while there are certainly service topics which have a global application, there are also aspects of service strategy and execution that are unique to Europe. The AFSMI S-Business European Services Leadership Conference is an annual event that provides our European members the opportunity to explore the global developments in our industry as well as the regional and local applications in Europe. This event also gives our European members the opportunity to attend an AFSMI event with a minimum amount of travel and time away from the office.

Begun in 1999, the S-Business Europe Services Leadership Conference has grown each year, with an expanding roster of top quality speakers and a growing list of service executives as attendees.
