Mimecast Appoints Chairman
Web-based unified e-mail management company Mimecast announced the appointment of ex-KVS CEO Mike Hedger as chairman. Hedger brings with him a wealth of experience in building market-leading companies. He masterminded the growth of e-mail archiving company KVault from its inception in 1999 to its successful sale to Veritas in 2004. His former experience includes a four-year stint as executive vice president of worldwide operations at Forte, building the European business before moving on to head up worldwide operations and culminating in a successful acquisition by Sun. His earlier career included positions as vice president of marketing operations, EMEA, for Oracle; managing director, U.K. and Northern Europe, for INGRES/ASK; and successful sales careers at WANG and IBM. Peugeot-Citroen Telematics Manager Joins ATX in Europe
ATX Group announced that Arnaud de Meulemeester has been named senior director in Europe for the company, a large, independent telematics provider to the automotive industry, serving both North America and Europe.
