November 15, 2007: Conference on the subject of the new French law regarding the management of supplementary hours (vs. law on the 35-hour work week), with Antoine Grou, lawyer specializing in work laws.
January 17, 2008: Meeting addressing the topic of the new law on supplementary hours and its application in services.
February 14, 2008: Meeting on “Services Marketing in Europe” (Germany, U.K., France), cultural aspects, and the perception of customer value.
March 13, 2008: Meeting on the success stories (if any) in the deployment of the supplementary hours law.
April 2-4, 2008: AFSMI’s S-Business Europe Services Leadership Conference in Paris, France.
May 22, 2008: Meeting on the topic of logistics and the comeback of local spare parts stores (due to new constraints in environmental regulations and proximity customer service) vs. express deliveries.
June 19, 2008: TBA.
