Growing Your Services Business (Part III)
The U.K. Chapter will be hosting its third event of the year on Thursday, October 25. “Growing Your Service Business (Part III)” will include a U.K. Chapter Special Conference on the show floor of the Service Management Europe (SME) Exhibition at the NEC.The event will feature a presentation from Professor Graham Clark from the Cranfield School of Management on “Developing Service Strategies,” a networking reception in the VIP area on the show floor at SME, and an introduction to the “New AFSMI”—one that will elevate the role of services in our companies and in the global technology technology industry. Members are also invited to visit the chapter booth (#840) at SME.

Event Specifics:
Date: Thursday, October 25.
Times: Reception in the VIP Lounge: 12:30 to 13:30 (Stand 730).
Chapter Special Conference in the Strategic Service Theatre: 13:30 to 15:45.
Location: The Pavillion, NEC, Birmingham.
Cost: No cost involved!
