Orange County Chapter

George J. Sliney, President

The Orange County (OC) Chapter has successfully held its first chapter meeting since its relaunch efforts began on May 15. We are pleased to announce that George Sliney of Toshiba America Medical Systems is the new chapter president. As part of his relaunch efforts, George opened up three officer positions to chapter members: vice president, treasurer, and secretary. George is delighted to report that two of the three positions were filled during this May meeting.

AFSMI warmly welcomes David Hutchinson of GA Services as chapter vice president and Dave Croteau of Toshiba America Medical Services as treasurer. George and his new leadership team are confident that there is a real need among AFSMI members in the Orange County area to discuss local and global challenges with other local services professionals. If you’re in the Orange County area and would like to be involved, contact George Sliney. As president of the OC Chapter, George welcomes you personally to join in on the discussions. The next chapter meeting will be held September 9 at 6 p.m. Details will be announced on the AFSMI Web site in the calendar section.
