Self-registration is convenient and easy. If you are a registered AFSMI individual, corporate or community member, your contact information will pre-populate in the registration application. If your contact details have changed, you can make updates when registering. Register Now

 

Registration Fees

The conference includes: Monday afternoon keynotes and Welcome Reception in the Technology Expo hall; Tuesday breakfast, general sessions, lunch, breakout sessions, morning and afternoon refreshment breaks, and Tuesday evening reception in Technology Expo hall; Wednesday breakfast, general sessions, breakout sessions, morning refreshment breaks, and closing luncheon.

Non-Member Price: $2595.00

 

Membership Vouchers

Cancellation Policy

AFSMI CONFERENCE CANCELLATIONS received by September 30, 2008 will be refunded less a $250 per person administration fee. No refunds will be given after September 30, 2008. Registrants who elect to cancel their conference attendance are responsible for cancelling their own travel and hotel reservations. To request a cancellation call Michael at 1-866-686-8948.
